Pacific Management Consultants is a professional practice consulting and training firm. Our staff of management consulting professionals are highly trained and experienced in working with dental practice owners to help improve all aspects of their practices.

Our consultants have decades of experience in management consulting. We do on-site, in-depth analyses and evaluations on two or three practices per week, 50 weeks per year. To date, we have performed on-site evaluations of well over 2200 practices. We have interviewed thousands of doctors and many thousands of their staff, and have inspected the physical plants of all those practice.

Our program not only finds the exact points to improve for a practice, it is all structured around getting that exact handling implemented. Many doctors have tried numerous "solutions" and programs before coming to us—but no one ever made sure that they did the program, and thus no change was made in the operating state of that practice.

We do not offer what we call the "magic button" approach. By magic button is meant a solution that seems too good to be true, e.g. spending one day a month, attending your staff meetings to solve all of your problems. While some of these quick solutions may have their appeal, unfortunately they do not work in the long haul. Pacific's program is built on decades of experience by our owner and staff who have a view that spans a whole range of tools to bring about the desired results.
